Jesus’ Vision-The Great Commission

Beyond worship, and teachings;
Go make disciples, tell Jesus’ story;
Sowing seeds, God multiplies;
Bring Him honor, and great glory.

The Great Omission…The Great Commission

For as Believers, we’re all called
Disciple-Making, remains His vision
All God’s people must obey
Jesus’ strategy, His Great Commission.

Our Omission- Jesus’ Commission

And so be faithful, available,
Staying teachable, be discipled,
Be equipped, to reproduce,
Learn disciple-making, don’t be idle.

Doers, not just Hearers!

Yet sadly, churches look at numbers
In the pews, or at home gazing
Churches failing, how to mentor
Evangelizing, disciple making.

Teaching or Training?

To make disciples, who can battle
Train and teach, to keep obeying
Trained as ‘doers’, not just ‘hearers’
To multiply, disciple making.

Teaching the Multitude, Training the Few

Not more passive pew-sitters
But Jesus vision, and power
Make multiplying, disciple-makers
‘Tis the need of our hour.
