Both Sermons and Seeds
And so pastors, church leaders;
Learn to equip, disciple-making;
Do obey, Jesus’ command;
Pray God’s people, start awakening!
The Spiritual Battle for Our Nation
”We wrestle not, flesh and blood;
But principalities and powers;
Against rulers of darkness”;
Bear all God’s armor, in this hour.
Deep Rot in our Nation-Healing Our Land
Cease spreading hatred, and division;
Supporting evil, instead of good;
Pray they turn, deeply convicted;
To follow Jesus, live as they should.
Churchianity or Jesus’ Christianity (Disciples Making Disciples)
So may we learn Disciple-Making;
Not forsaking, Jesus’ Command;
Calling His Followers, to reproduce;
From Churchianity, obey His plan.
The Church’s Secret
So now this secret, start obeying;
‘Disciple making’ is God’s plan;
Learn from Disciple-making movements;
Do grow and share, spread all you can.
Ever Hearing….Just not Obeying!
LORD, may our churches awaken
Equip God’s people, disciple-makers
Obeying Jesus, to go forth
Not be passive, but ‘Harvest laborers.’
May Your People Rise!
Yes, pray with passion, for the people;
To grow in zeal, for the LORD;
Be surrendered, emptied vessels;
Awaiting Jesus, His Spirit poured.
Expectations, Preparations for All Believers
May churches multiply, have vision;
Equip and train, mentor God’s people;
Send them forth, to reproduce;
Not merely sat, beneath a steeple.
Will We Obey?
Yet many churches, too clergy centered
The ‘Lay-people’, passive spectators
In church activities, weekly rituals
But not discipled, equipped as laborers.
Where are the Equipping Churches?
We’re not equipping the saints
For the work of the ministry
Instead our focus, polished preaching
Yet, we’re not coming to His unity.
