Desert Days …God is with You!

Just as Israel, in the wilderness;
As Jesus, in the desert;
Know our God, will supply;
For every need, He is present

For by faith, they could enter;
Doubting, denying kept them out;
For faith is pleasing to God;
What is your life, all about?

Yes God restores, if we’re repentant;
Start confessing, and conforming;
Start obeying, wholly yielding;
By His Spirit, filling, transforming.

For “righteousness, exalts a nation;
But sin is a reproach, to any people”;
So may we guard, protect the Truth;
Keep God’s Word, spurning evil.

From godless atheists, in sin;
Restore our campuses, LORD keep shaking;
Throughout our Land, see many saved;
May we see, a great awakening.

Know with God, all things are possible;
Precious promises, we are given;
May we ask, great things henceforth;
A growing faith, no inhibition.

So may we learn Disciple-Making;
Not forsaking, Jesus’ Command;
Calling His Followers, to reproduce;
From Churchianity, obey His plan.

So now this secret, start obeying;
‘Disciple making’ is God’s plan;
Learn from Disciple-making movements;
Do grow and share, spread all you can.

LORD, may our churches awaken
Equip God’s people, disciple-makers
Obeying Jesus, to go forth
Not be passive, but ‘Harvest laborers.’

Be daily faithful, God is seeing;
He ever sees, your heart’s desire;
For His eyes, are upon you;
He ever sees you, lift Jesus higher!
