Enter His Rest

Have you entered God’s presence;
Of quiet rest, and peace;
To abide in Christ Jesus;
From ‘self’, be released?

Not Just a Branch

With no beauty in us
But the fruit that we bear
Keep abiding and growing
That God’s glory we share.

Comforts and Compromise

With our freedoms and rights;
We so soon, are self-serving;
Then in place of surrender;
We’re caught up, with our yearnings.

Where are the Equipping Churches?

We’re not equipping the saints
For the work of the ministry
Instead our focus, polished preaching
Yet, we’re not coming to His unity.

Pulling Down Strongholds

Old baggage, that binds;
Improper patterns, still prevailing;
Harmful habits, wrong reactions;
Let our God, start changing.

Our Imprinting, as a Believer

We must seek, God will lead;
Learn from mentors, start partaking;
Equipping us, for this ministry;
Obey, go forth, disciple-making.

Have Churches Lost Their Way?

Instead of Jesus’ plan, ‘Go forth’;
Most churches center, on us sitting;
Disciple-making, so neglected ;
Jesus’ Commission, largely missing.

If in Christ, Victims or Victors?

So not to focus, on our feelings;
But recall, our Victor, Jesus;
Not to fall into self-pity;
We are victorious, He’s ever with us.
