God’s Biblical Vision for Our Churches: Maintaining or Multiplying?

For God’s glory, not man’s controlling;
But our churches, be multiplying;
Equip the saints, to reproduce;
From our meetings, start applying.
Our Vision-Adding or Multiplying?

For we’re not seeing, Jesus’ vision;
The Great Commission, multiplying;
Need disciple makers, not ‘spectators’;
Yet sadly churches, aren’t applying.
From Misery, to Mercy, to Multiplying

We’re not saved, to sit in church,
But go forth, and serve. Be equipped, to make disciples,
Called to go, not just observe.
Jesus’ Vision, for His Church

While God’s call, to all His people
To be His witness, to introduce
Be ever praying and obeying
We are to spiritually reproduce.
Outcome of Our Spiritual Childhood

So as leaders, learn discipling
Disciple-making, to reproduce
And saints, dear pew sitters
Get discipled, with no excuse!
God Calls Us to Multiply

We praise God, we have His Word
Now ‘Discipling programs’, are on line
Do ask God to lead, and teach you
To witness, disciple-making…will you sign?
God’s Vision, for His Church

Single-minded, serving God
His Commands, His Commission
Not distracted by ‘religion’
Nor our pleasures-just His mission.
Jesus’ Vision, for His Church

While God’s call, to all His people
To be His witness, to introduce
Be ever praying and obeying
We are to spiritually reproduce.
Pew Spectators or Disciple Makers?

We’ve many, passive in the pews
Low expectations, of ‘laypeople’
Spectators, not disciple makers
Obeying, training of God’s people.
Pew Warmers, or Gospel Sharers?

For as saints we are called
To serve and to care
Those hungry and hurting
God’s Good News to share.
