Lukewarm Churches
Our nation is filled
Churches lukewarm, some dead
Claiming they’re Christian
But God’s Spirit has fled.
Loving the Darkness?
With many hating the light
Truly, loving the darkness
Still consider, they’re ‘good’
But reject God, in hardness.
Loving Darkness, more than Light?
For Messiah, God’s Son
Brings light, to all people
Still offers Truth, a new life
To all weary of evil.
Jesus’ Warning
They claim ‘Climate change’
Not our God, He controls
Sent fierce rains, as a warning
Widespread flooding, took hold.
Islam
For all evidence is missing
Instead, the real truth
Shows no Islamic Mohamed
And differing Korans, in dispute.
Is Your Religion Dead?
…But Jesus warns, those ‘religious’
Think you’re righteous, not in need
But you’re wretched and miserable
Poor, blind, naked indeed.
In the World, Tribulation
Dwelling not, on the darkness
But spread truth and light
Reflecting God’s glory
Let your lamp, shine bright.
Holy Garments-Holy Lives?
Consecrated, sanctified
Drawing nigh, to God’s altar
Yet seems, we come flippant
Should our approach, alter?
His Cross, or Our Crown?
So, daily to choose
His cross, or our crown
Stay abiding in Jesus
Or His love renounce.
Hiding from Truth
They’re hiding from truth
Their heads in the sand
Seeking power and profit
So the truth, is banned
