Always Seek the Truth

Though our culture condones
Approves of deception
Know God, our Creator
Expects truth, no exception.

But Jesus, the Good Shepherd
Every promise, does keep
Full of mercy and grace
Ever seeks out, lost sheep.

And know God, will avenge
All, the wicked and evil
Blessing His saints
Rewarding His people.

Whether Jew, with the Talmud
Or Muslim, the Koran
Or atheist with evolution
And now, ‘wokeness’ of man.

Still, so many today
Discard truths of scripture
Replaced by their ideas
Their feelings, their fiction.

Instead walk by faith
Live for Christ, in submission
Be holy and loving
Fulfil His Great Commission.

So, learn from our culture
God’s Truth, don’t suppress
Guard God’s Word, and purpose
Only then, you’ll be blessed.

Their thoughts become futile
Their foolish hearts darkened
Professing to be wise
Become fools, and hardened.

Yes, the day will draw nigh
When judgment will come
For the day of great trouble
Know God’s shelter, His Son.

Our foundation’s fast crumbling
The Constitution dismantled
In the Congress and courts
God’s truths, are now cancelled.
