Forgiveness-Knowing but Not Obeying
No more bitterness nor anger,
Start forgiving and forgetting,
For in Jesus, we’re forgiven,
May we repent, by grace resetting.
Our Life Journey

Turn your fears, into faith;
Your adversity, to adventure;
Claim God’s promises, believe;
Jesus’ victory, on your venture.
A Bruised Reed and Smoking Flax?

For He takes, the useless;
What others deplore;
In His Hand, always hope;
From these, brings so much more.
Fearless or Fearful?

Be not ashamed, of the Gospel;
‘Tis the power of God;
To salvation for everyone;
Who believes, responds.
When Disrespected and Rejected

And see beyond, sinful behavior;
Respond, forgiving with God’s love;
Not with our feelings, but His Spirit
Will give grace, from above.
My Weakness for His Strength

For His grace is sufficient,
His strength perfected, in my weakness,
Will gladly boast, in my infirmities,
Christ’s power rest, on me in meekness.
Our ‘Flesh’ has to Die

So have we died with Christ
Our flesh on the Cross?
Are we carnal and selfish
Or count all things as loss?
A Bowl of Stew

For we’re losing our lives
Jesus requires self-denial
Take the way of His cross
‘Tis God’s path for survival.
A Call to Repentance

Start a fire, LORD we ask
And burn up the dross
Great repentance and turning
Before yet more, are lost.
From Questions to Commitment

Made in God’s image, Judeo-Christian.
With only Jesus addressing evil,
Conquered sin, restores and listens.
