Our Daily Surrender

Be Jesus’ witness, be His light;
Learn to obey, fulfil His vision;
Spread the Gospel, make disciples;
Boldly obey, His Great Commission.

Yes by faith, not pew spectators,
But by faith, become His laborer,
Not wrapped up, in our own lives,
But by faith, obey the Savior.

For death, is but a doorway;
To our true heavenly home;
And this life, is so fleeting;
We are not our own.

Lest, “The harvest is past;
The summer is ended;
And we are not saved!”
…Repent now, self-surrendered.

Do read God’s Word, the Bible;
Obey His will and ways;
He’s not mocked, if we stay foolish
He is the Judge, of all our days.

Lord, teach us to number;
Our days, that we apply;
Our hearts unto wisdom;
Lest wasted, dissatisfied.

Turn your fears, into faith;
Your adversity, to adventure;
Claim God’s promises, believe;
Jesus’ victory, on your venture.

So, as a child of the King;
Charlie now, is with His LORD;
As we grieve, for such a sacrifice;
Pray great blessing, be richly poured.

“Many things about tomorrow;
I don’t seem to understand;
But I know who holds tomorrow;
And I know who holds my hand.”

“So teach us, to number;
Our days, on this earth;
That we gain, a heart of wisdom”;
What is true, eternal worth.
