Persistent Prayer

But if prayer, may seem ‘unanswered’,
Do keep trusting and obeying,
Keep persevering, till a ‘No’,
Still follow Jesus, be ever praying.

So, with mustard seed faith,
Ask God, to move mountains,
Claim by faith, with deep assurance,
He can open up, dry fountains.

For God is not, a man to lie;
Start giving thanks, each one less burden;
Be at peace, so do not worry;
His Word is true, more than certain!

As we trust Jesus, for salvation;
Lift up prayer, for each soul;
So trust God, for every need;
Grow your faith, be made whole.

For Jesus bids, drink His waters;
We shall never thirst again;
His living waters, a fountain;
Springs to eternal life…Amen!

From godless atheists, in sin;
Restore our campuses, LORD keep shaking;
Throughout our Land, see many saved;
May we see, a great awakening.

Know with God, all things are possible;
Precious promises, we are given;
May we ask, great things henceforth;
A growing faith, no inhibition.

Be daily faithful, God is seeing;
He ever sees, your heart’s desire;
For His eyes, are upon you;
He ever sees you, lift Jesus higher!

So, grow your faith, pleasing God;
Open wide your mouth, Lord fill it;
Believing God, is all able;
For Your glory, send Your Spirit!

Let us pray for repentance;
May God’s Spirit be poured;
And His people in DC;
Uphold the truth, before the Lord.
