Britain’s Burning, Are We Praying

So, as we pray for the UK.
Such chaos, surely compels.
“If My people who are called.
By My name, humble themselves”

For “righteousness, exalts a nation;
But sin is a reproach, to any people”;
So may we guard, protect the Truth;
Keep God’s Word, spurning evil.

From godless atheists, in sin;
Restore our campuses, LORD keep shaking;
Throughout our Land, see many saved;
May we see, a great awakening.

Let us pray for repentance;
May God’s Spirit be poured;
And His people in DC;
Uphold the truth, before the Lord.

Yes, God promises us His grace;
Sufficient, for our hour;
His strength, is made perfect;
In our weakness, His power.

With our freedoms and rights;
We so soon, are self-serving;
Then in place of surrender;
We’re caught up, with our yearnings.

‘Praying Hyde’ a prayer warrior;
Who lived on his knees;
Kept praying for India;
Endless intercessions, pleas.

Asking God, to send revival;
Start in me, LORD sanctify;
Use my life, to reach the lost;
See saved souls, multiply.

May the fear of God, fall
Upon multitudes, we pray
A great turning, revival
We cry out, night and day.

Though we have, our Constitution
Our Bill of Rights, at core
But overridden, by deception
By duplicity, and even more.
