Evolving, Dissolving or Disciple-Making Church?

With each discipled, taught abiding
To learn obeying, go make disciples
Teaching them, disciple-making
To reach the nations, pray for revivals.

God is granting our prayer
Making America, Great Again
Once more, a beacon of light
Not corrupted, no dark stain.

Equipped the saints, disciple making
As God’s Word, obeyed, applied
Just as Jesus, with His disciples
They went forth, and multiplied.

Not passive spectators
Sitting silent, just staring
But God’s Word applying
Reproducing, all were sharing.

We’re not equipping, with ‘how-to’
Nor teaching, Jesus’ way
Not mentoring, role-modeling
Not reproducing, to obey.

Yet Jesus left us, His great Commission
God’s strategy, to reach the world
Make disciples, not pew sitters
Teach them obey, His every word.

Know God answers our prayer
By His rules, not mine
So, be willing to wait on Him
His terms and schedule, divine.

Righteousness exalts a nation,
But sin a reproach, to any people
May God grant us, God fearing rulers
Not self-serving, corrupt and evil.

The One offering Himself
As our Passover Lamb
Atoned for our sin
Will we trust Him, or man?

One-on-one, in small groups
Much time, mentoring, Jesus discipled
Equipped and trained, ‘how’ to obey
To reproduce, go make disciples.
