Overcoming Weakness

For Jesus only, our Creator
Living in us, He can supply
His grace, ever sufficient
Simply trust Him, and abide.

Control and compel me
Conform me to Christ
Consume all the dross
His blood has sufficed.

As Jesus taught them, to focus
Upon God, and His greatness
‘Tis not, the size of our faith Know unforgiveness, constrains us.

Fulfilling the Scriptures
Yeshua, God’s Son
Atones for our sins
Thro’ Him, battles are won.

Set free from my bondage
To self, and my sin
To Satan and demons
Now freedom, within.

For this vessel is thirsty
I come open, and empty
O Lord, come and fill
From Your rivers of plenty.

But, by faith we’re forgiven
By faith we are saved
By faith, keep abiding
And by faith, will be raised.

So, stop looking to people
To meet all you’re needing
Since God will supply
More praying, and believing!

So choose not entertainment
To merely pass time
Instead seek the LORD
And know blessings sublime.

Yes, daily I come
To abide in You, Lord
To worship and obey
All You have in store.
