Trust God, in All

So, trust Him in all
Seek God, through His Word
Delight in His presence
Obey daily what’s heard.

Keep watching and praying
By the LORD, you’re assigned.
Yes, pray until victory
Let His Spirit guide.

Remember our brethren
In starvation and need
Persecuted, forgotten
Daily, do intercede.

As you look in the mirror
Who do you see
A child of the King
Or, the old fallen ‘me’?

For in Him, resurrection
We arise from the dead
To an inheritance, incorruptible
That for us, waits ahead.

No longer to struggle
In life’s battles, then lose
A new creature in Christ
For His glory, to use.

Yes, daily I come
To abide in You, Lord
To worship and obey
All You have in store.

And tossed baby Ruth
Into the bushes
Yet God surely guarded
As with Moses, midst bushes.

We’re always victorious
By Jesus’ blood, bought
As a child of our God
Whatever our lot.
