Abiding in Christ

Not seeking elsewhere
Not self, nor those around
But wholly dependent
In Him, all is found.

By this My Father is glorified
That you bear much fruit
So, you will be My disciples”
Let us be fruitful, as His shoot!

So, pray in accord
With His Word, and ways
Every promise proclaim
Thro’ our lives, all our days.

And tell Him in worship
He is all that you need
If prayerfully awaiting
God will answer indeed.

Our High Priest, the LORD Jesus
Who taught us to pray
By His Spirit, in our weakness
Intercedes, leads the way.

Yes Lord, let Your love
Be poured in my heart
No longer I live
May Christ, fill each part.

Yes, our new heavenly home
All so perfect, and pure
Our eternal abode
And forever secure.

And beyond death, life eternal
Before His glory, we’ll be
Assured, forever with Jesus
O how blessed, are we!

So, by faith offering God
What is pleasing to Him
Believe that He is
Rewards those seeking Him.

For in Him, resurrection
We arise from the dead
To an inheritance, incorruptible
That for us, waits ahead.
