Blessed Beyond Measure

My heart overflows
I’m blessed beyond measure
For in Christ Jesus
Such unlimited treasures.

Bitter or Better?

Not to wallow in self
But instead, be God’s letter
A testimony of grace
Grow not bitter, but better.

Being Tested in the Dark

May we learn, to thank God
Worship Him, despite all
Fierce adversity, or blessings
Before God, humbly fall.

Be Thankful

While here, thank Him daily
In all things give praise
And trust Him, not knowing
Keep your heart, upward raised.

Be Prepared

For all trusting Him wholly
Find Him, wholly true
While those trusting self
Remain anxious, feel blue.

Be Grateful

Instead count your blessings
Turn daily to God
Be grateful and thankful
For all you have got.

Be Filled with God’s Spirit

God tells us, be filled
With His Spirit, within
But except we repent
Lies a barrier, of sin.

Be Encouraged

Seems feelings, change often
Are not easily controlled
So we seek, passing pleasures
Hope our feelings, are consoled.

Be Anxious for Nothing

For all trusting Him wholly
Find Him, wholly true
While those trusting self
Remain anxious, feel blue.

Be a Living Sacrifice

God calls us to lay
Our all, on His altar
A living sacrifice, holy
Acceptable, to offer.
