LORD, Make Us Thy Fuel

So, renew and revive us
Restore us, we pray
Send the fire of Your Presence
Come down Lord, this day.

Thirst for Jesus’, living waters
And walk in God’s Spirit
Set your mind on His Word
“LORD, this vessel, daily fill it”.

A faith based on facts
So fully supported
In the LORD God, eternal
Who created and ordered.

So, give and will be given you
Good measure, pressed down
Shaken together, running over
Our giving surely, turns around.

Is your light shining bright
For the glory of God
Or has your wick dimmed
On the journey you trod?

As a branch in God’s vine
We are called to abide
Not wander away
Lest we’re cast aside.

So, am focused no longer
On my feelings and flaws
But His grace, for each need
Trust Him, to open doors.

Ever faithful and true
His Word cannot fail
Fulfilling each promise
Will perform and prevail.

Fulfilling the Scriptures
Yeshua, God’s Son
Atones for our sins
Thro’ Him, battles are won.

Am longing, Your Spirit
May take full control
Wholly dwelling and filling
Am yielding, my whole.
