God sets the rules
He is LORD of all
Our Designer, Creator
Before Him, we fall.

By this My Father is glorified
That you bear much fruit
So, you will be My disciples”
Let us be fruitful, as His shoot!

As our LORD, and our King
May we never bring shame
As His child, bring but honor
Daily glorify, His Name.

Till today, Israel fights
Now back in her land
Freed from Hitler’s hatred
Instead, Hamas’ evil plans.

Like Israel of old
We’re to purge our lives
Drive out, all our foes
Know God’s blessings, and thrive.

But washed clean, before we offer
As in the Tabernacle, with laver
Now Jesus’ blood, still sanctifies
So, our heart and offerings, find favor.

So like Israel, we too co-habit
Instead of purging, die to self
Compromising, we let our flesh
Pursue the carnal, and worldly wealth.

Our repentance, often shallow
More remorse, and regret
Not turning and fleeing
From pet sins, that beset.

Daily follow and abide
Lift to Him, every thought
As I feed on Your Word
Obey all I am taught.

By Your Spirit, I’m reborn
By Your Spirit, empower
By Your Spirit, do direct
By Your Spirit, overpower.
