Britain’s Burning, Are We Praying

So, as we pray for the UK.
Such chaos, surely compels.
“If My people who are called.
By My name, humble themselves”

For “righteousness, exalts a nation;
But sin is a reproach, to any people”;
So may we guard, protect the Truth;
Keep God’s Word, spurning evil.

From godless atheists, in sin;
Restore our campuses, LORD keep shaking;
Throughout our Land, see many saved;
May we see, a great awakening.

Let us pray for repentance;
May God’s Spirit be poured;
And His people in DC;
Uphold the truth, before the Lord.

‘Praying Hyde’ a prayer warrior;
Who lived on his knees;
Kept praying for India;
Endless intercessions, pleas.

Asking God, to send revival;
Start in me, LORD sanctify;
Use my life, to reach the lost;
See saved souls, multiply.

May the fear of God, fall
Upon multitudes, we pray
A great turning, revival
We cry out, night and day.

Do restore us, as a beacon
To shine forth, Good News
Bring the Gospel to the nations
Before Judgment…must choose!

Yes, do count it all joy
In the midst of your trials
God is working, to produce
Active endurance, as He disciples.

Righteousness exalts a nation,
But sin a reproach, to any people
May God grant us, God fearing rulers
Not self-serving, corrupt and evil.
