Evolving, Dissolving or Disciple-Making Church?

With each discipled, taught abiding
To learn obeying, go make disciples
Teaching them, disciple-making
To reach the nations, pray for revivals.

But evangelists are training
To equip and show how
Watch their videos, read books
Obey God, and learn now.

Instead equip, the saints for ministry
To train them for outreach
For the work of the ministry
To multiply, so all are reached.

Equipped the saints, disciple making
As God’s Word, obeyed, applied
Just as Jesus, with His disciples
They went forth, and multiplied.

Not passive spectators
Sitting silent, just staring
But God’s Word applying
Reproducing, all were sharing.

We’re not equipping, with ‘how-to’
Nor teaching, Jesus’ way
Not mentoring, role-modeling
Not reproducing, to obey.

Yet Jesus left us, His great Commission
God’s strategy, to reach the world
Make disciples, not pew sitters
Teach them obey, His every word.

Then Rabbi Yeshua, our Messiah
Replied: “Do you not perceive
Whatever enters a man from outside
Cannot defile him”…be not deceived.

With destruction, of the Temple
No more offerings, blood sacrifice
Instead of faith, in God’s salvation
Rabbis decided ‘works’, will suffice.

God declared unto Abram
I will bless those, who bless you
And I will curse him, who curses you
All families on earth, blessed thro’ you.
