Our Everyday Choices
Let us be pleasing to our God
Bringing to Him, more glory
Lest instead, we feed our flesh
Dishonor God, with our story.
Be Courageous
Yes! “Be strong, and of good courage;
Do not fear, nor be afraid;
For the LORD your God, goes with you;
He will not leave, you nor forsake.”
Ashamed of the Gospel?
If we’re ashamed of Jesus;
And of His words, He warns;
The Son of Man, will be ashamed;
Of each of us, when He returns.
Abuse and Rejection
Took my sins and my sorrows;
All my suffering, all my shame;
All my guilt, my disgrace;
All glory, to His Name!
Keep Learning
Learning to empty, so we may be filled;
Seeing much of my life, is my self-willed;
Learning to die, that God’s Spirit may flow;
Sensing His promptings, so starting to grow.
Wilderness Lessons for Our Heart
“Keep your heart, with all diligence;
For out of it, spring;
The issues of life”;
Search your heart, to God bring!
Start a Fire in My Heart
LORD, change me within;
In repentance, I come;
Wholly cleanse and renew me;
Forgiven fully, by God’s Son.
My Rejection
Recalling Jesus, despised, rejected
Calls us, come follow Him
He knows well, all our sorrows
He gives us grace, comforts within.
Insecurities
Do keep calling, and abiding
Wholly trust Him, our Head
Handing Him, all our fears
Walk by faith, instead.
Our Chief Pursuit
“By this My Father is glorified,
That you bear much fruit
So, you will be My disciples”
Daily abide …our chief pursuit.
