Israel – October 7th, 2023

Yet, our God uses foes
In revealing His plan
That Israel, be saved
Despite the evil of man.

His primary goal, our salvation
Our atonement, kept His Word
Yet first trained, His disciples
To spread His Gospel, to the world.

So reach out, in His love
Be a blessing, start caring
Ask God, be His light
Be shining, and sharing.

But washed clean, before we offer
As in the Tabernacle, with laver
Now Jesus’ blood, still sanctifies
So, our heart and offerings, find favor.

As God’s precious own
We always, are blessed
We are never alone
Amidst trials, that test.

So, seek first God’s kingdom
His righteousness, daily
Be filled by His Spirit
Spurn sin, as our enemy.

So, live not for this world
That will soon pass away
But, for our calling, eternal
To trust God, and obey.

With each worldview different answers,
Made in God’s image, Judeo-Christian.
With only Jesus addressing evil,
Conquered sin, restores and listens.

Who am I, my meaning?
Just why am I here?
My purpose, my mission?
Few have ears to hear.

Tho’ many called, few are chosen
The self-righteous, are cast out
Into outer darkness
All the unclean, not allowed.
