Jesus’ Majesty
Who can compare
With our God above?
Jesus’ glory and beauty
Such unspeakable love.
His Grace is Sufficient
Amidst sorrows of suffering
And thorns of the flesh
Is God’s grace sufficient
Can we trust Him afresh?
Grasping God’s Love
Have you grasped, how wide
Just how deep and long
And so high, is God’s love
Now in Christ, we belong.
God’s Love
And so now, abide faith
And hope and love
But the greatest of these
God’s agape love, from above.
God’s Selfless Love
God’s love is patient
God’s love is kind
His love does not envy
Nor ‘self’ inclined.
God’s Righteous Anger, yet Mercy
God poured forth wrath
For Israel had strayed
Her heart, so adulterous
Walked her own way.
Forgiving Others
if we forgive others
For their trespasses against us
Our Father forgives us
Will cleanse us, thro’ Jesus.
Faith not Works
But, by faith we’re forgiven
By faith we are saved
By faith, keep abiding
And by faith, will be raised.
Enduring Life’s Hardships
Yet despite persecution
Face hardship and suffering
May Jesus, be exalted
Be His sacrifice , a holy offering.
Brokenness to Blessing
But God often uses
The fires, great strife
Finally gets our attention
To teach lessons of life.
