Fellowship with God

So LORD, keep on breathing
Upon me, I pray
For that intimate walk
More of You, every day.

Facing sickness
Thoughts of death
Feel helpless, Lord
You are my breath.

So choose not entertainment
To merely pass time
Instead seek the LORD
And know blessings sublime.

Yet despite persecution
Face hardship and suffering
May Jesus, be exalted
Be His sacrifice , a holy offering.

Yes, embrace every trial
Each test of your faith
Be transformed, to His likeness
Trust God, to recreate.

God speaks to the seeker
Those turning to Him
Those empty, for filling
Pours His Spirit, within.

Descend Holy Spirit
Come fill me each day
Be poured on Your servant
But to follow Your way.

When we come before God
Like Isaiah of old
With lips so unclean
‘Til touched by a coal.

Come to the King
He bids us on high
The great Lord of all
We dare not deny.

A house is a home
Where love, fills the rooms
Great concern to connect
Let laughter, lift gloom.
