Persecution, brings Blessings!
His bloodshed, our new birth
By God’s Spirit, divine
From death, now resurrection
LORD, all the glory is Thine!
Persecution is Coming
So be ready, prepare
For our freedom is fading
Our faith is attacked
Great wickedness, invading.
Passing Through the Waters
God assures we shall pass
Yes, thru’ deep waters go
But He will be with us
They shall not overflow.
Our Sovereign God
The LORD gives, and He takes
He rules, as He will
He is sovereign, all powerful
So be quiet, and still.
Our Master Craftsman
Our Master Craftsman ceases not
With skillful hands of love
To weave our lives, to that of Christ
Sat glorified above.
O Come, Holy Spirit
Control and compel me
Conform me to Christ
Consume all the dross
His blood has sufficed.
Lessons from Jacob
When God makes a promise
It never can fail
Tho’ the vessels He uses
Seem often, so frail.
His Grace is Sufficient
Amidst sorrows of suffering
And thorns of the flesh
Is God’s grace sufficient
Can we trust Him afresh?
From Brokenness to Blessing
So, allow God to conquer
Surrender your all
Abide in His presence
Before Him, now fall.
