Addressing Leaven (How did Jesus love hypocrites?)

So, are we acting out of love?
Or busy judging, criticizing;
Fault-finding, others’ failures;
Is our motive, their sanctifying?

Full of mercy and grace;
Ever keeps to His word;
So selfless and serving;
Such a Father, undeserved.

As we abide in Christ Jesus;
Naught separates us, from God’s love;
For in Christ Jesus, we are sealed;
With God’s Spirit, from above.

We overlook, and we forgive;
Daily to focus, on God’s Word;
Not others failures, flaws and falls
But walk by grace, God’s love out-poured.

Therefore, child of the King;
Do repent, each hidden sin;
Obey, rid of all bitterness;
Seek His love, filled within.

And so therefore, we owe all;
To our God, who gives us light;
To walk by faith, not by our flesh;
So seek God’s light… this holy night.

So, God’s tapestry from underneath;
We see, our tangled threads;
But when seen from above;
God’s perfect picture, outspread.

Though so finite and fallen;
Now dwell in His Presence;
Exalting and worshipping;
His glory, and essence.

But we’re to “love one another”;
Tis not an option, He commands us;
“Just as I have loved you”;
So do obey, Jesus demands us.

“Keep your heart, with all diligence;
For out of it, spring;
The issues of life”;
Search your heart, to God bring!
