God Searches Each Heart

“For he shall be like a tree;
Planted by the waters;
Spreads out its roots, by the river,”
Godly sons, and daughters.

LORD, Draw Me Nearer

LORD send conviction, lest I wander,
Discipline me, if I stray,
Take me deeper, draw me nearer,
To ever hunger, and obey.

My Story, all for God’s Glory

So while on earth, achieve God’s goals,
Wholly surrendered, obeying Jesus,
A selfless life, fulfil God’s plan
Ever certain, He is with us.

Selfish or Selfless?

So may we stop, and reconsider,
Stay largely selfish, or be selfless?
Self-absorbed, or loving others,
Obeying Jesus…..you’re not helpless!

Empty Rituals or Jesus?

While Jesus said, “I am the way,
The truth, and the life,
No one comes to the Father,
Except through Me”….alone suffice.

Ignore Offenses…Release Resentments

And so instead, of our resentment,
Ignore offenses, forgive their views,
Be not bound, by negativity,
Instead in love, share His Good News.

From Seasons of Suffering

Instead, we offer up our bodies,
A living sacrifice, upon His altar,
So be the fragrance of Christ,
Amidst your suffering, do not falter.

Overcome Anger and Resentment

So choosing not, to stay angry;
Rather repent, and to forgive;
Know inner joy, and peace from God;
Obeying Jesus, the way to live!

Walk in God’s Agape Love, not Our Feelings

Our God in love, is building up;
To unite, connect His people;
Satan, accuser of the brethren;
Is tearing down, disrupts thro’ evil.

Know, the Earth is the LORD’s

Lest, “The harvest is past;
The summer is ended;
And we are not saved!”
…Repent now, self-surrendered.
