LORD, Draw Me Nearer
LORD send conviction, lest I wander,
Discipline me, if I stray,
Take me deeper, draw me nearer,
To ever hunger, and obey.
Desperate for God Daily
When obeying, we lay hold,
We no longer, live old ways,
With now, agape love to give,
Comes from Christ Jesus, every day!
Longing for His Likeness
Like David, daily seek the LORD,
“I will see Your face in righteousness”,
His prayer and longing, be transformed,
“Be satisfied when in Your likeness.”
Our Life Journey
Turn your fears, into faith;
Your adversity, to adventure;
Claim God’s promises, believe;
Jesus’ victory, on your venture.
Enter His Rest
Have you entered God’s presence;
Of quiet rest, and peace;
To abide in Christ Jesus;
From ‘self’, be released?
Dwelling with God
Though so finite and fallen;
Now dwell in His Presence;
Exalting and worshipping;
His glory, and essence.
When Everything Crashes!
So, give God thanks and praise;
Sin and death, are overcome;
In Christ, now as His child;
You’re so beloved, your war is won.

Our days, on this earth;
That we gain, a heart of wisdom”;
What is true, eternal worth.
Keep Wandering or Walking with God?
Memorizing, meditating,
Obey God’s Word, and constant prayer,
Total commitment to the LORD,
Be walking closer… and Jesus share!
I Will Not Let You Go
Yes, may we wrestle, not let go
Without God’s blessing, do not cease
But keep on praying, persisting
Do not give up, and do not leave.
