Our Life Journey

Turn your fears, into faith;
Your adversity, to adventure;
Claim God’s promises, believe;
Jesus’ victory, on your venture.

So not yielding, to my flesh;
But trust His Word, be obeying;
Guard my heart, from hardening;
Keep me LORD, from straying.

So be faithful, available;
Be equipped and stand;
In your corner, speak out;
Spread God’s Truths, wide expand.

So not drawn, to death, destruction;
Choose to love, and to forgive;
God’s Word, His Spirit, guiding;
How to bless, and freely give.

And so by faith, we firmly stand;
Even though, not understood;
Despite the darkness and distress;
God is working for our good.

“But He knows, the way I take;
When He has tested me;
I shall come forth as gold;
For Job trusted, tho’ couldn’t see.

“Lord, examine and cleanse me;
Search and prove me within;
Try my mind, and my heart;
Do reveal, where I still sin”.

Learn from Jesus, He set boundaries
Offered help, if ears were open
From the Pharisees, to His disciples
With all, that He had spoken.

Don’t harden your heart
Staying stubborn, defiant
With grievances, grudges
Hard-headed, self-reliant.

Once we’re strong in the Lord
And the power of His might
In the armor of God
Each temptation takes flight.
