Psalm 119: 9-16 Beit- בּ

I will delight, in Your statutes
I will not forget, Your Word
No never spurn, the LORD our God
Obey all, that you have heard.

Blessed, and so happy
Who, God’s testimonies keep
Those, who are His witness
With a whole heart, Him seek.

So, we celebrate Christmas
But are missing the Messiah
No manger no mention
Of our need, to look higher.

Now, in place of carnal thinking
That feed our feelings, reactions
We’re renewed, in our minds
And godly thoughts, lead to actions.

The soldiers were gambling
For Jesus’ garments to win
Concerned with the outer
So blind to their sin.

This mystery unfolded
God reached out as man
As the Lord of Creation
As Messiah, His plan.

Now I’m freed, from being ‘Broigas’
Am reconciled, fully forgiven
And those ‘Broigas,’ toward me
I share forgiveness, God has given.

But ‘Agape’ love
The heart of God’s nature
Is selfless, sacrificial
There is no love greater.

So, daily cleave to God’s Word
And set your mind above
Keep proclaiming, God’s promises
Denounce the devil, declare God’s love.

Yet our Master, Creator
Set limits, in love
Has given us guidance
The true Captain, above.
